This study is base on the users of internet Q&A plateform. It discusses the effect of users' achievement motivation and organizational commitment to users' satification through the organizational commitment and job satification theory. The result shows that the motivation of pursuing success can remarkably predict the users' external satification, and the affective commitment of user to Q&A plateform can predict the users' internal satification and general satification. Continued commitment creats significant effect on predicting the three dimensionality of users' satification. Meanwhile, through comparing with real people we found that the contributing users of the platform are a group of high achievement motivation users, and their pursuing success are affected by other people's comment.

This study to network users inquiry platform as the research object, with vocational studies of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, this paper discusses the theory of user achievement motivation and organizational commitment on the influence of users' satisfaction. Results show that, the pursuit of success could significantly predicted the motivation user satisfaction, users to external inquiry platform emotional commitment can predict the user satisfaction and general satisfaction internal.
