With the continuous development of economic society, nowadays, researches for corporate culture in all kinds of subjects are developing to a perfect degree. As the root of Chinese corporate culture, Chinese traditional culture, has received popular attention. As a contribution, no matter from China or other countries, most scholars in the field of human resources are devoting themselves into studying impacts of Chinese traditonal culture on modern corporate culture management. This essay aims to conclude the process of reseaches of relationships between corporate culture and Chinese traditional culture. In addition, it will provide some assistance for futher researches by analysing impacts of Chinese traditional culture, how to make full use of it and how to innovate a better corporate culture.
