我也出现过同样问题。应该是提示“不可识别问题”。
用下面这个方法：

将以下文本复制到记事本, 然后再保存文件作为 Sharedaccess.reg：

2. 双击 Sharedaccess.reg 将此文件的内容合并到注册表并可创建防火墙项。
3. 重新启动 Windows。

打开这个东西需要服务里相应的几个系统级的服务先行启动了才可以了
你可以到正常的机器里去看看，查看下防火墙打开需要哪几个系统服务启动后才可以，对照了设置下就可以了
