不是。
楼主说的双水解是指同时产生沉淀或气体,以至于水解反应进行彻底?!不否?
如果是这样的,
那个弱酸盐对应的弱酸不一定非得比碳酸弱。(当然高中阶段你就记住碳酸,氢硫酸这两个特例就行)

补充:其实像这方面的例子是很多的。
不能以碳酸作为衡量水解是否完全的标准。
衡量水解反应是否完全同时满足四个条件:
1.酸碱二者都是弱电解质(弱酸和弱碱),
2.任意一方必须酸性(或碱性)极弱,(极弱的酸:硅酸,氢氰酸等;极弱的碱:氢氧化铝,氢氧化铁),
3.其一常温下必须具有挥发性或易分解性(碳酸,亚硫酸,醋酸,氢氰酸等等),
4.另一个(酸或碱)必须是溶解度很小的沉淀。

例如:1.硅酸根和铵根双水解(硅酸是沉淀且酸性极弱,一水合氨不稳定,且二者都是弱电解质)
2.碳酸根和铝离子双水解(碳酸易分解,氢氧化铝沉淀且碱性极弱,且二者都是弱电解质)
3.碳酸根和铁离子双水解(碳酸易分解,氢氧化铁沉淀且碱性极弱,且二者都是弱电解质)
4.亚硫酸根和铝离子,铁离子双水解(亚硫酸易分解,氢氧化铝,铁是沉淀且碱性极弱,且二者都是弱电解质)
5.但是硅酸根和铁离子,铝离子等却不能发生双水解,只发生简单的沉淀反应。这是因为不满足第3条:“其一在常温下具有挥发性或易分解性”。
