Abstract: Concepts and methods of marketing have played a more and more important role in operation management of the enterprises in China and the developed countries. One of the main reasons why P&G can achieve great success after entering China is that they have the strategy of high quality products and various combination, the strategy of product innovation and multi-brands, the strategy of brand management and advertisement strategy, and multi-channel strategy. This article is going to analyze the brand strategy of P&G and provide guidance for domestic enterprises to achieve advantage in market competition.
