看到SB的回答，不得不纠正一下
PCB，一般指普通线路板（包含HDI），线宽间距较大，板较厚，一般会承载较大的元器件。
Substrate，也叫SUB，一般叫做封装基板，线宽间距小，板较薄，一般用于承载芯片(Die)，打线后进行封装，一般是PCB和芯片之间的过渡层
