以电子示波器为测量工具的示波法广泛用于电压量的胆量。广义地说,示波器也是一种电压表,它可以显示被测电压随时间变化的瞬时幅值。它具有频带宽、灵敏度和输入阻抗均较高的特点,而且可以反映出被测电压的被形变化过程。但测量准确度较低,所以在准确度要求不是太高的场合,用示被器测量电压是很合适的。 利用示波器可以测量直流电压、正弦交流电压,更多的是用于测量脉冲电压,它可以测量脉冲的各部分电压值,例如脉冲幅度、上冲量、顶部下降量等。 利用示波器测量电压的基本原理是屏幕上亮点的位移高度正比于该时刻被测电压的大小。当被测电压为交流电压或脉冲电压时,亮点位移的最大高度正比于被测电压的峰峰值。 为了提高测量的准确度,减少系统误差,在测量之前应当用准确信号对Y轴灵敏度进行校准。一般宽频带示波器均设有“校正信号”,校准时先将Y轴“倍率”置“x1”位,Y轴灵敏度“微调”置该旋钮的“校正”位,灵敏度开关“V/cm”置“0.2V/cm”档(或其它合适档),将1V校正信号直接与Y轴“输入”端连接(不用探极线),这时荧光屏显示的方波高度应为5cm。若不准确,可用“校正”电位器调节之。必要时对其它档和探极线也应进行校准,这样做可以减小测量误差。
