端口占用了，有没有停止的脚本，跑一下试试。
你先把myeclipse和weblogic都关掉 然后在任务管理器里把javaw的进程都杀掉 重新打开myeclipse 启动weblogic
不能创建监听文件啊。看是哪个占用了
