01:document date=凭证日期posting date=记帐日期take invoice for exampleyour surplier made an invoice on Jan 19 2008, and u company received it on Feb 14 2008,if you posted the invoice on Feb 14 2008:document date is Jan 19 2008posting date is Feb 14 2008if you posted the invoice on Feb 28 2008:document date is Jan 19 2008posting date is Feb 28 200802:about the relationship between them, it is obvious in my opinion while u get the basic accounting knowledgesorry,it is difficult for me to explain it although it is obvious

就按填制日期填写，集中做分录注意凭证编号的次序，合符常理，收款在先，付款在后，进货在先，销售在后。。。。。

DocDate一般用原始凭证上的日期，比如发票日期，PostingDate是用来判断Peirod的，两者好像没有特定关系
