新华社的记者行为守则

一:基本守则
1、严格遵守一切国家、论坛等相关的规定,提交的文章、图片或录像中不得出现色情、政治等内容,不得发表诋毁、造谣等性质的言论。不得使用不雅的文字,严禁人身攻击行为。
2、保持立场中立公正,报道的事件及所有内容必须真实客观,采访和文章发表前,必须经过当事人同意。对自己的文章、悔姿图片和录像内容负责。
3、用于应聘记者和日常发表的内容必须为原创和首发的作品,不得抄袭、剽窃他人作品,严禁一稿多投。
4、一般而言记者在游戏中的行为属于个人行为,和普通玩家一样正常游戏,此外记者在游戏中将拥有官方论坛记者站成员的称谓,记者不得以此称谓及身份进行任何不适当的行为,更不得以任何方式或理由向玩家索取游戏帐号等相关信息,不得向玩家索取游戏中的虚拟物品。
5、不得宣传夕卜挂和病毒程序,不得宣传任何未经官方证实的非安全网站,需时刻注意维持官方记者及自身的形象。
6、不得泄露记者站的任何内部资讯,包括未发表的文章、图片和录像、记者和工作人员的个人资料罩前乱等。
7、官方记者站成员在论坛及游戏内具有相应称谓,故在任何场合(游戏内、官方论坛等),都不得使用《大话西游Ⅱ》记者身份做出或发表不适当的行为和言论。
8、按时交稿。因故短期内不能继续承担记者工作的必须提前3天请假,原则上请假不得超过1个月,请假期间工资奖励等也将停止。
9、发现游戏BUG或者严重突发事件时应及时上报记者站联络人。

二、违反以下规定者,将直接取消记者身份
1、有剽窃、造假、人身攻击及其他违法行为者;
2、以任何方式或理由向玩家索取游戏帐号等相关信息,或者向玩家索取游戏中的虚拟物品者;
3、宣传或使用夕卜挂、Si服或相关辅助软件者,宣传任何未经官方证实的非安全网站者;
4、在除《大话西游Ⅱ》官方论坛以外的任何其它游戏网站或论坛担任职务者;
5、出借自己官方论坛记者物档站帐号者;
6、使用官方论坛记者站帐号在官方论坛大量灌水者;
7、使用记者帐号参与以下问题讨论者:
1)玩家个人恩怨帖;
2)偏激的意见争执帖;
3)其他不合适讨论的敏感话题。

记者一旦违反以上守则,将按个人行为恶劣程度和造成影响的严重程度给予惩罚(警告、扣除工资)或直接取消记者资格的处理。

"This international Declaration is proclaimed as a standard of professional conduct for journalists engaged in gathering, transmitting, disseminating and commenting on news and information in describing events.

1. Respect for truth and for the right of the public to truth is the 0first duty of the journalist.

2. In pursuance of this duty, the journalist shall at all times defend the principles of freedom in the honest collection and publication of news, and of the right of fair comment and criticism.

3. The journalist shall report only in accordance with facts of which he/she knows the origin. The journalist shall not suppress essential information or falsify documents.

4. The journalist shall use only fair methods to obtain news, photographs and documents.

5. The journalist shall do the utmost to rectify any published information which is found to be harmfully inaccurate.

6. The journalist shall observe professional secrecy regarding the source of information obtained in confidence.

7. The journalist shall be aware of the danger of discrimination being furthered by the media, and shall do the utmost to avoid facilitating such discrimination based on, among other things, race, sex, sexual orientation, language, religion, political or other opinions, and national or social origins.

8. The journalist shall regard as grave professional offences the following:
* plagiarism; * malicious misrepresentation;
* calumny, slander, libel, unfounded accusations;
* acceptance of a bribe in any form in consideration of either publication or
suppression.

9. Journalists worthy of the name shall deem it their duty to observe faithfully the principles stated above. Within the general law of each country the journalist shall recognise in professional matters the jurisdiction of colleagues only, to the exclusion of every kind of interference by governments or others."
