想把1.5v直流电升压到15v有哪些办法?

用开关稳压器NCP1406搭成升压电源电路可以实现1.5V升15V。
NCP1406的最低输入电压是1.2V,输出电压范围是1.5V~25V(可调),最大输出电流25mA。
用逆变电路直流变交流后用变压器升压再整流滤波稳压也可以得到15V,但是由于1.5V的输入电压实在太低,转换效率不会很高。达到1A的电流很难,因为逆变电路还要损失至少零点几伏的电压,剩下来的交流电压峰值最多也只有1V左右,加上升压后整流环节、稳压环节都有电压损失,1.5V电源至少要有15A~20A以上的输出能力才行。
被采纳的那个所谓“答案”是根本不可行的。
倍压整流只能用于输入电压相对高些的场合,因为每一次倍压环节都要损失一个整流管的PN结正向导通压降,这里输入电压只有1.5V,逆变为交流电压的过程中振荡、电压放大、电流放大各环节都要至少要损失一个晶体管的PN结饱和压降吧?就算只考虑一个功率管的饱和压降,你算算输出的交流电压峰值还能剩下多少?恐怕连使一个整流管导通的电压都不够了(常用的整流管1N400X系列、1N540X系列的正向导通压降在1V~1.2V之间),还谈什么倍压整流?

变成1.5交流,再用电容和二级管倍压整流得15V,应该可以我试过!
