是的，插入语后面一定是用陈述语序的，，有些书上会说看如果特殊疑问词做主语则不影响语序，不做主语则用陈述语序，然而特殊疑问词在句中做主语的情况其实本身就是陈述语序了例如：Do you know who loves you. 这句中 who loves you ?就是陈述句 再例如 Do you think what is in the box. what is in the box 本来就是主 陈述语序了
