反正一种是直接读，另一种就是用past或者to
如果后面的分钟数在30分钟以内，直接用past
刚刚30分钟，可以用past，也可以用to
超过30分钟的话，就用to，表示。。差。。
比如x点y分，就用x+1 to 60-y
