A中as连接两个并列成分,as...as不用比较级,less是比较级的一个标志.
B中not so ...as什么不如什么.钱不可数要用much修饰不能用many,many修饰可数名词的,D就错了.C中缺个as.not so...as是固定搭配.

D many错，money为不可数，用much
变成not as much as 就可以了
