Today,With the Continuous development of Network technology and electronic commerce , network shopping is gradually becoming the main mode of mass consumption.
This paper attempts to select several domestic well-known online shopping sites as a starting point , and on the basis of the analysisof current situation of the development of the network shopping ,to analyse the most prominent problem- credit status in the network shopping ,and to make a detailed analysis of the influence of the network shopping credit environment ,then point out the current problem and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the situation.
This paper is made up of four main body parts. The first part of this first simple in China's current situation of the development of the network shopping, then draw out the situation of China's online shopping credit status and analyze it. The second part explain the credit problems exist in the current network shopping , and the concrete embodiment of these problems in the network shopping process. The third part is the thorough analysis of four factors of network shopping . The fourth part, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the network shopping environment corresponding to the four factors .

The third part, in-depth analysis of network shopping credit status have an impact on the 4 factors. The fourth part, corresponding to the 4 factors put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems, in order to perfect the current network shopping environment.

As internet technology and EC are progressing, on-line shopping has become a major mode for mass consumption. By selecting several famous domestic on-line shopping websites and analyzing the present condition of on-line shopping, this thesis studies and discusses one of the most outstanding problem —— credit condition of on-line shopping, and gives detailed analysis of the factors that affect credit condition of on-line shopping. It also exposes the existing problems and offers some solutions.
The thesis is composed of four parts. The first part is a introduction of present condition of our country's on-line shopping, followed by analysis of the credit condition; in the second part, the thesis points out the credit problems of on-line shopping, and how these problems act during shopping; the third part presents four factors that affect credit condition of on-line shopping; the forth part provides relevant solutions to the problems in order to improve on-line shopping environment.
