不是!你这0.7V说的是这二极管的正向饱合压降,一般的整流,检波二极管会因材料的不同而不同的,锗材料的二极管的正向饱合压降就只有0.2~0.3V的。你说的这1000V是二极管的反向击穿电压,也就是我们一般常说的耐压。发光二极管早期的大多约为1.5V,现新式的由于构造上的改变可种类就多了。现好象都有高达3V多正向饱合压降的了。
你看到的1000V是说IN4007的反向耐压为1000V,可用在220V的市电电路中,是整理二极管的一个指标,另一个指标是允许电流,及导通是允许的最大电流,有很小的,也有几百上千安的。
发光二极管是与线流电阻串联后接在电源上,电源通电时,发光二极管的压降为0.7V,其余的电压消耗在线流电阻上,若没有线流电阻,流过发光二极管的电流将超过承载能力而烧毁。
整流二极管的使用方法不一样,电流流经整流二极管后,还有负载,并不是将二极管接在电源两端,所以整流二极管并不需要接专门的限流电阻,只是在选择时需计算电路的电流值,二极管的额定电流需大于电路的最大电流。希望你明白了!
