First, you need to build your confidence. If you do not even have the confidence to learn English, then progress will be difficult. Next, after building your confidence, you need to develop your interest in English. Hobbies and interests are the best teacher, we can choose the movies, TV programs, English song which we like in order to increase our interest in English, so that we will not fear English when we see it. Lastly, English needs to be learned from the basics, which is to memorise words, read more grammar, speak more and write more. In the classroom, you need to actively participate in dialogues, discussions and present your views. Reading sentences and articles should be given high focus in order to develop the sense to use the language. Outside of the classroom, you need to arrange appropriate revision time. As English requires a lot of memorising, you will need to revise more. It is not easy to be good in English, you need to work hard to reap the fruit of success. You must beleive that one day learning English will become an interest to you. Now a days, English is one of the most important languages in the world, therefore it is necessary to be good in English. So how should we learn English? Each individual has different methods to achieve this, and the following are my own view towards effective methods in helping us to learn English.

First, to build confidence, If you weren't confidence to learning english,you are difficut progress. Then,you could interest in english after the confidence to develop,interst is the best teacher.we could choose favorite move, televisionand english songs to increase interest, in this way, we will not fear the englsh. Finally, remember word,gramar, often say,write is learning english best way. in the class, take part in dialogue, discussion and express yourself.
