How to Improve the Grade and Nutrition Control of 400-meter dash for young athletes

Summary: Consisting of speed, resistance and strength of the athlete, 400-meter dash is the most challenging and toughest one of all the short-distance dashing items. Based on the features of 400-meter dash, this article makes reasonable technical analysis on how to improve the grade in training and competitions for young athletes with the combination of physical diathesis training, speed training, speed resistance training and resistance strength training. Furthermore, this article makes suggestion of nutrition control for the professional 400-meter dash players and as a result, the players can perform the best in both training and competitions by combining scientific training and sound recovery together.
