How i relax myself
Normally, there are two ways for me to relax myself. Frist is eating chocolate and the second one is sleeping. The chocalate is with little caffeine. It can help our body to get relax. The sweet taste of the chocolate always can make me feel hapier and better.
Then when i am sad, stress or disappointed, i prefer to sleep. As you know, when we are in a negative mode, we tend to make mistake in our life as we lose rationality. Therefore, i normally choose to sleep to get my mind off for a while. The i can relax physically and emotionally. After that, then only i decide for next step. I think it will help to make a better choice.
The time you spend at the school may be the most stressful part of your day,but it doesn’t have to be. You have a greater ability to shape your class environment than you may realize.
举迹Take breaks throughout the day .It will help clear your mind and relieve pressure. Something as simple as going to the water cooler for a drink may do the trick.
To help your studyday go smoothly, try pacing your activities: Do more demanding work in the morning,when your energy level is higher, and easier work later in the day ,when you may be tired.
羡答乎兄悉 Try listening to music recordings, such as a pounding surf or songbirds,to help you relax. Such tapes are sold commercially . Use headphones if you’ll be listening to them in the middle of the workday.
Everyone shold have his or her way to relax, after tedious works for a long time, to keep his or her mind and physical healthy.
There are many kinds of things one can do for relaxing, shuch as doing some sports, listening to musics, talking to your friends etc. The way i like to relax is not fixed. According to the conditions, some of them may be useful.
