This work must be done at once.
Must this work be done at once?-Yes, it must. / No, it needn‘t.
回答应保留原情态动词，但must表"必须"时，其否定回答应用needn‘t，need表"必要"时，其肯定回答应用must。这和主动语态类似。

你要先明白一个道理：当句子中含有情态动词时，变成一般疑问句的时候，必须将情态动词提到句首。
含有情态动词的被动语态的基本结构是：情态动词+be+过去分词
这样的句子改成一般疑问句的时候，基本句式就是这样：情态动词+主语+be+过去分词+...?
eg.
The work must be finished before ten o'clock.
-----------Must the work be finished before ten o'clock?
