磷铜冲压成型后,电镀镍,出现折弯部位易断裂现象!请问是电镀那个环节出了问题?电流过大?PH过高还是?

不是电镀的原因,是冲压成型的原因,磷铜冲压成型后应该进行一次再结晶退火或者是去应力退火,折弯部位易断裂是磷铜经过冲压以后产生了加工硬化,导致强度硬度提高而塑韧性下降,材料变脆,因此易断裂,如果冲压成型后进行一次再结晶退火或者是去应力退火,消除加工硬化现象恢复塑性就不易断裂了,是你的生产工艺有问题。

是断裂, 还是剥落?
如果只是断裂问题, 那是因为镀镍层延展性较差, 可以采取以下措施:
1. 降低膜厚至1-3um. (降电流, 电镀时间)
2. 改采胺基黄酸镍电镀, 镍层之延展性较高, 且内应力低. 但药水较硫酸镍贵许多.
如果是剥落问题, 则查一下,
1. 光泽剂比例可能失衡.
2. 前处理没做好, 建议要采用电解脱脂, 或加刷磨前处理.

镍膜厚镀太厚了,把膜厚降低些,应该会好很多,另外,可以适当降低材料本身的硬度来解决。
