H1.0、H1.8表示的是200范围内墙双侧配筋面积为100、180,那么200范围内单侧配筋就是50、90,在把200mm范围内配筋面积转化为1m范围内配筋面积就是50x1000/200=250mm2,实配8@200=251就可以了,90x1000/200=450,实配10@170=462可以满足。
竖向筋为分布筋,按构造配,你输入输入配筋率0.25%,意思就是按配筋率0.25%构造配筋。200厚剪力墙,1m宽内墙两侧竖向配筋面积就是0.25x200x1000=500mm2,单侧面积250mm,配8@200。

H后面的数值,表示在你设定的间距内双排钢筋的总截面积。例如你上面的情况H1.0就是要求200毫米间距内,2根钢筋的面积达到1平方厘米。可以布置2根8,即双排8@200。
同理,H1.8可以配双排12@200或者10@150。(如果是强度不同的钢筋,你可以等强换算)

至于竖向钢筋,剪力墙中竖向钢筋是分布筋,并非通过计算出来的,而是满足配筋率要求即可。PKPM中是要自己输入配筋率的,例如你已经输入了0.25%。
之所以要自己输入配筋率,是因为这个配筋率会影响边缘构件的计算结果。因此如果你改变了配筋率,就要重新计算。
