常见的定子励磁绕组故障有定子励磁绕组匝间短路、励磁绕组接地(对地击穿)以及绕组连接极性接反等。
(1)定子励磁绕组匝间短路故障的检查
①交流降压法一般情况下,采用交流降压法进行检查。这种方法的优点是不需抽心和将励磁绕组拆开,只要给励磁绕组两端通人220V的交流电,用多用表电压挡的触针分别测量每个极包的电压降,若各极包线圈的电压降几乎相等,则说明不存在短路故障;若有个别线圈电压降很小,则说明这个极包线圈有短路故障。
②电阻检查法直流电动机中的定子励磁绕组完全相同,则其电阻值亦相等。用多用表电阻挡测该电动机各极包线圈的电阻。若其中某一线圈的电阻值很小,则说明该线圈有短路故障。
(2)定子励磁绕组接地故障的检查
通常情况下,励磁绕组或其他定子绕组接地时对电动机工作特性影响不大,接地保护会动作起来,报警,接地严重时(如两点及以上接地)则绕组会因局部短路而发热烧毁。
接地的检查一般可以采用试灯法:首先将该直流电动机的机座接地,再将一个串接于灯泡的交流电源,一端接触在铁芯上,另一端接触定子励磁绕组的引线,随着灯泡发亮的一瞬间,看到火花或烟雾,则说明此处即为接地点故障点。
(3)定子励磁绕组接反故障的检查
当励磁绕组方向接错时,则电动机启动困难,甚至不能启动。可用指南针法来检查:在励磁绕组中通入10%左右的励磁电流,用指南针靠近磁极端部测试极性,从而可查出接反的线圈。右手螺旋定则判断磁场的方向。
