摘要:利用Matlab7.0GUIDE向导,设计三极管特性曲线测试系统,系统采用交互式界面,利用实验数据,
快速展示输入特性和输出特性曲线图,检测学生实验数据的准确程度,同时对医用电子技术中器件选择和工

医用电子技术是医学影像和医学检验专业的主
干课程,为了使学生更好的掌握医疗仪器中的电子
线路原理,通常从分立原件讲起,三极管作为重点器
件¨ 是必须介绍的,因此了解三极管的特性曲线
非常重要,为了达到理论和实验相结合,设计了三极
管特性测试系统。学生从理论分析到实际线路,从
实际线路再回到理论曲线的真实展示,使学生从手
工描点过渡到系统自动测试 ,这一过程加强了学
生对基本元器件的掌握,节省了时间。

三极管输出管理曲线测试数据如表1、表2
所示。
2 测试系统流程图
本系统将实验测试数据存于矩阵中,所以首先需
要对原始矩阵初始化,然后设计模块中分为两大部
分:输入特性测试和输出特性测试。确定了输入输出
特性后,采用输入函数输入实验测量数据组数,然后
输入原始测量数据。根据测量数据绘制真实数据点,
同时采用5阶插值,模拟特性曲线 ,再依据输出特
性曲线中间平坦部分数据估测主要参数。

3 测试系统效果图
根据表1,表2数据显示,图1为输出特性曲线效
果图,图中圆圈为实测数据点,虚线为插值后模拟效
果,图中共绘制了五条输出特性曲线。图3为输入特
性曲线效果图,其中圆圈和星号为实测数据点,实线
为模拟线,U >lv后,曲线簇重合,与理论吻合。

5 结果
本系统实现了三极管特性曲线的自动测试,能
灵活自如的测量实验参数,展示真实数据点和模拟
数据点,可以从整体上分析三极管性能的好坏。
