你是家用还是工厂用啊?专业的需要万元以上,家用确实不需要。可以进一步了解一下,如果选择进风式的产品(专业的大多有内置的采样泵),其测量值受环境影响小,会稳定些。被动采样的在有风无风,动与不动时测量值可能会有很大不同。(京东美国进口普卫欣)
光散射原理的仪器不论哪款,其测量结果均为相对浓度(计数浓度除外),它和质量浓度成正比,都有一个修正系数。但其特点是测量快速,灵敏度高,不怎么需要维护,适合家用和实时监测。京东上几款800元左右检测仪器,应该是市场上比较便宜的产品了,选一个技术背景比较好即可,如有售后服务就更好了。毕竟对家用来说800元也不算太便宜。天猫美国普卫欣提示:雾霾天气出行记得做好防护。
质量较好的激光传感器(诺方电子,四方光电,攀藤科技)数据可信度已经比较高了,而传统红外粉尘传感器数据表现差距较大。
因为采用led光源的粉尘传感器散射的颗粒信号较弱,只对大颗粒有响应,而且又仅用加热电阻来推动采样气流,采样数较少,数据计算完全交由上位机进行,而激光传感器自带高性能CPU,采用风扇或鼓风机采集大量数据,经由专业颗粒计数算法分析,这样,采样数、数据源、算法三方面都与红外粉尘传感器拉开差距。
可以说,目前的激光传感器已经可以得到较为可信的PM2.5数值,而粉尘传感器数据误差较大,甚至不能测量PM2.5这样的小颗粒,只能作为个玩具。目前较多的空气净化器里采用了红外粉尘传感器,但大多数只能显示个质量等级,不能显示数值,即便是质量等级的测量也不太准确。
对于PM2.5检测仪来说,传感器决定了产品的工作质量及效果。
目前市面上常见的检测传感器主要是红外线探头与激光探头两大类。普通红外灰尘传感器的原理是采用可见红外光,对1微米以下的颗粒物尤其是浓度较低的时候很难产生准确的散射判断。同时,红外线的气流是被动流通,靠微弱的被动引流气流肯定数据偏小,并且不够稳定,这样无疑使探头的反应速度变慢,已逐渐被淘汰。现在大家用得比较多的是激光传感器,其波长较短,可获取单位体积内空气中0.3-2.5微米直径颗粒物准确浓度。所以,激光传感器的精准度更高,取样速度更快。

目前国内市场激光PM2.5传感器主要以风扇式为主,主要厂家有四方、攀藤等厂家。风扇式的使用久了数据会变大,精度会越来越差;泵吸式的有成都永腾、深圳赛纳威,这类传感器与国外PM2.5传感器一样,采用的是真空泵,具有寿命长、精度高。但价格要贵些
