假如将全世界各种族的人口按一个一百人的村庄且按比例来计算的话，
那么，这个村庄将有：
57名亚洲人
21名欧洲人
14名美洲人（包括拉丁美洲）
8名非洲人
52人是女性
48人是男性
70人是有色人种
30人是白人
70人是非基督教徒
30人是基督徒
89人是异性恋者
11人是同性恋
6人拥有全村财富的59%，而这6人均来自美国
80人住房条件不好

50人营养不良
1人正在死亡；1 人正在出生
1人（对，只有一人）拥有大学文凭

如果我们以这种方式认识世界，那么忍耐与理解则变得再明显不过了。
再从以下角度来想想看......
如果今天早上你起床时身体健康，没有疾病......，那么你比其他几百万人更幸运，他们甚至看不到下周的太阳了；
如果你从未经历过战争的危险，牢狱的孤独，酷刑的折磨和饥饿的滋味......，那么你的处境比其他五亿人更好；
如果你能随便进出教堂或寺庙而没有任何被危吓、暴行和杀害的危险......，那么你比其他三十亿人更有运气；
如果你的冰箱里有食物，身上有衣可穿，有房可住及有床可睡......，那么你比世上75%的人更富有；
如果你在银行里有存款，钱包里有票子，盒里有零钱......，那么你属于世上8%最富有的人；
如果你父母双全，没有离异......，那么你的确是那种很稀有的人；
如果你读了这篇文字，那么你刚刚得到了一个双重的祝福，因为有人想到了你，而且你不属于那另外二十亿文盲。
有人说过：我所付出的终将有回报。
所以......
去工作而不要以挣钱为目的；
去爱而忘记所有别人对你的不是；
去跳舞而不管是否有人观看；
去唱歌而不必在意有人倾听；
去生活就像这世界便是天堂。

If we could shrink the earth's population to a village of precisely 100 people, with all the existing human ratios remaining the same, it would look something like the following:
There would be:
57 Asians
21 Europeans
14 from the Western Hemisphere, both north and south
8 Africans
52 would be female
48 would be male

When one considers our world from such a compressed perspective, the need for acceptance, understanding and education becomes glaringly apparent.
The following is also something to ponder ...
If you woke up this morning with more health than illness ... you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week.
If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation ... you are ahead of 500 million people in the world.
If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death ... you are fortunate, more than three billion people in the world can't.
If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep ... you are richer than 75% of this world.
If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in dish someplace ... you are among the top 8% of the world's wealth.
If your parents are still alive and still married ... you are very rare, even in the United States and Canada.
If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you, and furthermore, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world that cannot read at all.
Someone once said: What goes around comes around.
So ...
Work like you don't need the money.
Love like you've never been hurt.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Sing like nobody's listening.
Live like it's Heaven on Earth.

Nothing is more precious than time.
Today some students spend too much time enjoy their lives such as eating, clothing, traveling and so on. Others spend too much time reading books of small value and little importance. A lot of time has been wasted. They have no idea that waste of time means wasting of one’s life.
While we are young and full of vigor, let’s work hard.

good afternnon/morning ,everyone .Let me ask you a question ,can you use the spoon when you were born ?of course you can not .we need to learn and pactise . There is an old saying ,practise makes perfect .i totally agree with that .I still remember the first time i make dinner .i did not know how to cut the meat and vegetable ,i even do not know how to use the pot .That is really a nightmare .I am so confused that how i could be that stupid ?And after that i continue to practise .Afer so many years ,i dare to ask my friend to my house and cook for them .Oh ,do not be afraid ,i can cook delicious dishes for you . well ,practise makes perfect .that is really true
