现行的普通混水龙头无一例外采用以控制混合水出水的单一开关模式,即控制流量的开关是设置在混水龙头的混合水出水口处,实现对混水龙头冷热两路供水的开启与关断。这种的开关模式,在冷热水之间压力差存在不太高的前提下使用,是可靠的;可在压力差较大时就很不安全和不合理了。由于混水阀的调节活塞连接着冷热进水的端口,在混水龙头的内部已形成了物理上的连接。因此,在关断混合水的输出后,恒温混水龙头处在停用状态时,就会出现串流现象。即在阀体的内部,高水压冷水一端的水串流到低水压的热水一端称之为串流。这时准确的技术定义为:进入混水龙头的冷热进水端口是没有设置用水开关的。设置在混水龙头的混合水出水口处的后置式结构开关,导致了高水压冷水一端的水串流到低水压的热水一端的串流现象,是普通混水龙头无法克服的技术瓶颈之一。要解决串流现象需要在冷热进水口加单向阀,至少应该在你的低压侧(即你系统的热水侧)加单向阀
