NPN三极管E,B,C的电压的极性关系

三极管工作在放大状态的基本条件是,BE正偏,CE反偏。

三极管的三个脚:基极(b);集电极(c);发射极(e)
普通的三极管测量,测量先要找出基极,万用表打到1k档,两支红、黑表笔对三极管两个脚两个脚的测量,交换一下红、黑表笔量,每个不重复的量法都量一次,结果会有其中一个脚为公共与另外两个脚有导通(阻值较小),这个公共的脚就是基极,若黑表笔接的是基极,则此管是npn型管;若红表笔接的基极,则此管是pnp型管。
接着要分辨集电极和发射极,先npn型管为例,找一只10k左右的电阻,将电阻一端焊接在三极管的基极,把红黑表笔分别接在三极管的两个未知脚上,把电阻的另一端去碰黑表笔,再交换一下红黑表笔,电阻仍然碰黑表笔,其中有一次阻值会较小,看阻值较小的一次,则黑表笔接的是集电极,红表笔是发射极。
pnp型管测量,同上电阻仍焊基极上,也是看阻止小的一次,其它同上相反,电阻碰红表笔,红表笔是集电极,黑表笔是发射极。方便一点可以将手指沾点水当电阻(口水最方便,舔一下就可以,呵呵)。
常用三级管一般基级在侧边的,中间这个就是集电极;基极在中间的,(管脚朝下,标型号面朝自己)右边脚是集电极。
