  电路工作原理:在水塔水箱中用带有绝缘体的导线悬挂了三块金属片l、2、3,当水塔内水位在金属片2以下,时基电路NE555的2脚和6脚电平均为0,由NE555的逻辑状态可知(见附表),此时3脚有高电平输出,晶体管VT饱和导通,电动机得电抽水,水箱内水位上升。当淹没金属片2,但还未到金属片3时,这相当于金属片1、2之间接了一只电阻,由图1-3可知,这相当于在电源的4脚与2脚之间接了一只电阻,如果金属片大小合适,可使时基电路NE555的2脚电位大于1/3 Vcc,但6脚此时电压仍为O。由时基电路逻辑状态可知,此时NE555的输出状态不变,即电动机继续抽水。当水位接触到金属片3时,因水导电,相当于在NE555的4脚与2脚、4脚与6脚、2脚与6脚之间分别接了一只电阻,使NE555的2脚、6脚电压均大于2/3 Vcc,于是输出端3脚输出低电平,三极管、吓截止,电动机停止抽水。

还要看你水泵电机是多大功率的,是不是直接启动啊?水塔是密闭加压式的还是可以在水塔上下能安装水位控制开关的,是否密闭型需安装压力继电器的?
这些确定了,我觉得电路控制就好安排了吧。
