In my opinion, firstly, we should do more exercise to keep healthy.Sports can help us study better.

Secondly,we can have conversations with our teachers,parent and friends.Because we can get more helpful advice from them.

Thirdly, we can also listen to music amd read more books to relax.It is important to study hard,but I don't think it is a good idea to spend all time studying.We just try our best to study and face our grades bravely.

Finally,if we often have too much stress,we can ask a doctor for help.
