坦白来讲,不用周末的时候给客人问候了。将心比心一下,每个星期都受到同一个人的问候,你不烦?

你可以回复完客人的询盘之后在接下来的3天或者4天之后再发邮件(注意在你上次发的邮件基础之上) 追踪询问一下客人的意见,实在不行,可以给客户挂个电话,毕竟外贸还是说的比较多,而且显的比较专业和尊重客户。

你可以根据客人国家的节日不同,给客人在节日前一天或者前两天发封邮件问候一下,捎带着提一下business

这就OK了!!

最好别写 很容易被当做垃圾邮件处理掉 况且 客户不会跟一个陌生人谈感情的 更别说隐私 所以先做生意吧 感情到了就自然会到了 不到也不能请求 因为欲速则不达。

老板的期望不过分,但话说回来商人讲究利益,不因为你常去问候人家就给你订单。如果只为问候而问候,还不如不问候。关键是报价的内容清楚准确全面。
