一、在正常加热下忽然跳匝

原因:

1、发热管与温敏电源探头经金属直接导热,若导热过快、过高,会产生误动作

处理:将温敏电源探头从盲管底部抽高约40mm断电,将万用表打至最大量程度于7MΩ的电阻档;然后分别将两表笔与发热管外壳及其任一电源接线端相连,若冷态绝缘电阻低于7MΩ则需替换发热管;

2、发热管绝缘性能下滑(一般使用一段时间后才会经常出现),其绝缘电阻值不平稳,当漏电电流多达某一数值,漏电保护插头会立刻动作

处理:检验排除或替换发热管;

3、其它电荷元器件与机壳之间产生漏电

处理:检验排除或替换元件;

4、:漏电保护插头与劣质插座接触不良,因短路而产生误动作处理:替换插座;原因5:拔电保护插头与温敏电源任一者经常出现故障处理:替换温敏电源或漏电何护插头。


二、未加热时不产生漏电,加满水后产生漏电:

原因:

发热管外壳烧穿由水导电而产生漏电处理:替换发热管。


三、加热指示灯亮,但无法加热

原因:

1、发热管接插端接触不良或断线

处理:检验排除;

2、发热管烧坏处理:替换发热管。


四、加热命令灯不亮且无法加热

原因:

1、温控器接插端接触不良或断线

处理:检验排除;

2、温控器烧断处理:替换温控器。


五、热水器指示灯一直不灭

原因:

温控器感温面与电热管法兰面接触点少

处理:重新安装温控器,使感温平面接触。


六、无保温功能,一直加热下去,直到跳闸

原因:温控器动作温度过高或已烧融短路
