交流发电机,在工作时,电流表指针往复摆动,说明发电机充电电流不稳定。(1)故障原因1)发电机传动带过松。2)发电机与蓄电池之间连线接触不牢。3)电刷磨损不均或电刷弹簧失效。4)调节器各触点烧蚀或有油污。5)调节器调整不符合要求。(2)排除方法1)检查发电机传动带的松紧度是否合适,若不合适应调整。2)检查发电机与蓄电池的各接线柱之间的导线连接是否可靠,若有故障,应予排除。3)用试灯检查发电机,使发动机稳定运转。这时,若试灯亮度有明暗变化,表示发电机有故障。4)分解并检查发电机,检查电刷接触状况及电刷弹簧拉力如何,是否断裂、失效。若良好,应检查转子和定子线圈是否接触不良。5)用试灯检查发电机发电良好稳定,这时应检查发电机调节器各触点是否烧蚀或有污物,若触点正常。若以上全部正常,则最后检查调节器的调整是否符合要求。电流表指示充电且指针在各种转速范围内均摆动。这说明电压控制不平稳,可在发动机稍高于怠速运转时,用起子搭接电压调节器低速触点,如电流表指针稳定,说明该触点接触不良,或气隙、弹簧张力调整不当。电流表指针仅在高速范围内摆动。这说明电压调节器高速运转触点接触不良,可检查该触点是否烧蚀、脏污或接触不良。
