1.I am consider that people are not take enough responsiablity for their health in current society.Fristly,"Health in Modern World"is an great importance topic and many articles writeen by pofossers in our society situation so that people don't pay more attentation in this phenomenon.Moreover,the pressure more heavy than ever before,thus,people can't care their health.In addation,now,some foods and medinces are harm to our bobdys.In the modern society,the threats to our health apart from physical health,the psychologically healthy also very significant.The physical health come from enveronment situation and safety of food,while,the psychologically healthy problems often vary a lot from one case to another,for example,heavy pressure and ignorant of psychological knowledge.
2.The food have taken place much changes in the past 10 or 20 years.In two decades,there were various changes apart from troditonal food range from fast food or forzon food to west food or Japanese food.The food changes are bringing convenient to people's daily life.Why the changes have had taken place? Reasons may vary from person to person, place to place and time to time. On one hand, it is deeply rooted in current social situation. Since reform and opening-up three decades ago, great changes have taken place in our country, which are supposed to lead to this phenomenon. On the one hand, it may be related to our understanding of this world.Since we are now more exposed to various thoughts and ideas than ever before.On the other hand,our life wealth much than 20 years ago.

1. Most of the people I know are becoming more health conscious, such as doing exercises more often, watching calories intake and drinking less soda etc.
The major threats to our health, I think, are cars, internet and fried food. Thanks to the first two, we are less physically active
and fried food which many people can't live without adds nothing but hard-to-lose belly fat. All of the above lead to weight gain and eventual development of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

2. Change #1, Fast food, pre-made frozen food, and instant noodles have become popular alternatives to home made meals. Living in the fast paced modern society, home cooking has become a less favorable choice for many people. As a result, people tend to eat less fresh veggies and fruits, which, as we know, provide vital nutrients to our diet. Due to unbalanced diet, we start seeing many chronic health problems being developed among younger generations.

On the other hand, thanks to the growing media coverage on health issues during recent years, people start paying more attention to the food they put in their mouths. Many people are now fat conscious. Low fat and low calories food are gaining surging popularity among consumers. We also start reading food labels more closely to make healthier food buying choices.
