58有个方向感应得，就是来电的时候把手机翻过来就自动静音的，开会时候用的，闹钟也可以，关掉就好了功能表-设置-手机-感应设置-旋转控制-吧静音通话前的勾去掉就好了

你好，先去情景模式调一下
要么是扬声器坏了，或者接触不良导致的
因为扬声器和耳机还有话机听筒不是一个喇叭
维修费30元左右
可能是按到按键了
